We don’t always have the time to prepare meals at home. Unfortunately, many of the fast foods that we turn to for convenience are very unhealthy for us. In this session, we’ll explore strategies to use when ordering takeout. With the right amount of knowledge and determination we can make choices that are “less unhealthy” than our routine menu selections.
