You are invited to connect with new mothers like yourself. Led by certified Lactation Educators, it is open to all moms of newborns and young infants 0-12 months. This is a wonderful opportunity to network, get and give support, ask questions, and meet other new moms! The first 30-60 minutes will consist of questions/answers and a topic of discussion.
Topics will include:
- Breast-feeding issues, questions, advice, and support
- Nutritional advice
- Getting enough sleep
- Feelings of joy and happiness
- Feelings of loneliness and grumpiness
- Going back to work
- Choosing child care
- Tips on how to exercise with baby
- Getting back into shape.
Please bring a comfy blanket to put baby on and a water bottle for yourself.
