More than 100 riders adorned in the flowers and colors of the Hawaiian Islands will be on horseback traveling through historic Kailua Village. The parade will also feature decorative floats, hula halau, marching bands, and a horse-drawn carriage. After the parade, a hoolaulea featuring a free concert will take place at Hulihee Palace.
