Celebrate the spoken word and enjoy live art at Kauai's poetry slam. All are welcome at this event, there is no cover charge or age limit.
This month will feature host Son Da One and poets including Thomas Iannucci, winner of a Na Hoku Hanohano Award for best hip hop album. Kauai muralist David Flores will also be showcasing live art as part of the entertainment.
The open mic section begins at 5:30 p.m. There will be a number of slots available on a first come, first served basis.
