Heart health is one of the most important factors in your overall health and well-being. That’s why HMSA and CVS Health are partnering to provide you an in-person workshop at no cost on the benefits of heart-healthy living. You’ll learn how to assess your risk, make healthy choices, and reduce your chances of getting heart disease.
Knowing key numbers such as blood pressure, heart rate, and family’s health history can help determine your risk for heart disease. Join us to learn how to take your blood pressure at home and improve your numbers. New registered attendees who have not attended a previous workshop will receive a free blood pressure monitor while supplies last. Register by Sept. 5. Seating is limited. Workshops are for adults (18 and over).
Longs Drugs will also offer flu shots and other immunizations at this event. There may be a charge based on your insurance provider. Please bring your medical insurance card.
