The festival begins Friday, June 12, with the Pan-Pacific Hoolaulea, a lively block party in Waikiki featuring live entertainment, global and local cuisine, and handcrafted goods.
Throughout the weekend, the Performing Arts Showcase takes place at multiple venues, highlighting traditional and contemporary performances with authentic costumes, music, and storytelling.
The three-day Pan-Pacific Hula Festival also runs all weekend, bringing halau from Hawaii and Japan together to celebrate and perpetuate Hawaiian culture.
The celebration wraps up Sunday, June 14, with the grand Pan-Pacific Parade along Kalakaua Avenue, featuring dancers, drummers, marching bands, and cultural groups from around the world.
