Every Saturday, join the group for a health tip by a physician and warmup. Then, walk at your own pace for 45 minutes and cool down. Water and light refreshments are provided. Stollers and dogs on their leash are welcome.
Walk with a Doc is a part of a national program for people to come out and improve their health by walking with friends, family, and neighbors.
