Harvard Medical School found that people who regularly eat chile peppers appear to lower their risk of dying from heart disease.
Even if you can’t stand the heat, you don’t have to get out of the kitchen. You can be adventurous and try food that’s a little hotter-than-usual. Here are some recipes from Island Scene magazine and islandscene.com for you to make today.
