Pineapple Angel Food Cake

16 oz. box angel food cake mix*
20 oz. can crushed pineapple in unsweetened pineapple juice

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 13-by-9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine cake mix with undrained pineapple. Mix well. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool. If desired, serve with nonfat whipped topping. Makes 24 servings.

*Note: This recipe works only with angel food cake mixes that contain one pouch per box, such as Betty Crocker.
